NNPC Limited is Nigeria’s national oil company and a commercial energy company operating across the energy value chain.

The company is the successor to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). NNPC Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company in September 2021 following the enactment of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021.
